Landlord

Solara provides all the project funding and negotiates an appropriate lease package with the landlord. A lease agreement is put in place with the landlord and a power purchase agreement is structured with the tenants. Suitable for large-scale enterprises on long-term lease commitments.

Landlord Investor

The landlord sets up a Solara Fund and invests the capital required to deploy solar across their estate. Returns are structured in line with the primary Solara SPV Fund model.

This model is aimed at Landlords with large commercial holdings and wide commercial real estate portfolios, with tenants with a large energy consumption profile.

Owner / Occupier

Owner / Occupier

Solara provides all the project funding backed by a lease and Power Purchase Agreement with the owner/occupier.  The owner/occupier benefits from discounted energy without the necessity to deploy their own capital, enabling investment in their core business enterprise.
